As a teenager, I took my first steps into the world of entrepreneurship by creating and selling Swarovski, silver, and bead jewelry independently. My parents occasionally lent their support during this venture. During the period between high school and university, I actively participated in seasonal conferences. An exciting opportunity arose when I was entrusted with leading a team—composed mostly of seasoned salespeople—despite being significantly younger than most team members. Managing this diverse group presented a fascinating challenge that I eagerly embraced.
